Recruiting
Recruiting
Walter Shuffain has relationships with many of the region’s academic institutions, and we like to start meeting students early in their college career for our internship program and full-time positions.
Recruitment takes place during fall semester, and job offers are made in October and November.
Campus Relationships
The following are a sample of schools from which we attract Walter Shuffain talent. We coordinate with career services at partner schools to stay up-to-date with careers fairs. If you don’t see your school here, reach out to us for a conversation.
Apply for an Internship
Interns will work on a variety of actual client engagements under the supervision of senior firm personnel. You will learn about firm policies and procedures and gain a working knowledge of firm technology, industry standards and best practices as well as skills for time management and working on a team. Preference is given to candidates with a 3.0 GPA or higher, but a well-rounded resume of work, leadership and/or community involvement is also important.
Submit your resume with a cover letter stating your interest in applying for an internship, attention Kim Colesano.
