Walter Shuffain Announces Hiring of Managing Director of Client Accounting Services

We are excited to announce that Todd Ellis joined the firm as Managing Director of Client Accounting Services.

Before joining Walter Shuffain, Todd was a Partner in the Client Accounting Services practice at a Boston CPA firm. Todd worked closely with closely held businesses and their owners, offering valuable tax, accounting, and advisory support.

Todd also has experience as a business owner and Chief Financial Officer. He spent almost two decades launching and growing a startup firm and was CFO for a global social impact consulting firm. During his tenure, he provided valuable guidance to business owners, helping them navigate the challenges of growth and expansion into new markets.

Todd served in the U.S. Army, where he was a First Lieutenant. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northeastern University and a Master’s in Taxation from Suffolk University. Todd is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
