Kim Herzog is an experienced professional who manages audit engagements and provides assurance services. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers after college graduation and joined Walter Shuffain in 2022. Kim provides audit services for business clients in the private equity, broker-dealer, real estate and manufacturing industries. She is highly experienced regarding audits required by the SEC, FINRA and/or the PCAOB.

Kim earned her accounting degree at Loyola Marymount University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
