She works closely with clients, leveraging her deep expertise in multi-company operations, financial record review, accounting system conversions, and developing policy and procedural controls.

Carolyn’s prior experience spans the manufacturing, construction, and consulting industries, where she developed a reputation for streamlining processes and implementing efficient systems. She thrives in dynamic environments where no two days are the same—from conducting routine reconciliations to leading high-level financial analysis.

Carolyn's natural affinity for numbers draws her to the accounting profession. She enjoys intellectual challenges and constant evolution. She is skilled at identifying insights others might miss and is committed to helping clients increase operational efficiency through smarter financial processes.

Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
