For his real estate clients, Eric can assist with strategizing all the way through to final assurance and tax reporting needs, including tax deferral opportunities, succession and estate planning, acquisitions and dispositions, refinancings, and various exit strategies. Eric has extensive experience advising real estate clients across the full spectrum of asset classes, including residential, commercial, and office properties

In life sciences, which often involve venture capital financing and innovative research and development, Eric is instrumental in sophisticated financial reporting and tax analysis from company inception through rounds of financings. These are long-term relationships that require timely and flexible strategies. In professional services, Eric is very knowledgeable about corporate and pass-through considerations for tax planning, payroll and compensation structures as well as state nexus analysis.

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bentley University and his MBA from Babson College. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of the Conquer Cancer Coalition and as a member of the Audit Committee for JCC Greater Boston, where he contributes his financial expertise to support missions that strengthen families and advance meaningful causes.
