Joanne Valeri's history with the firm runs deep! She has been with Walter Shuffain since its founding day in 1994. Starting as a firm administrator, Joanne's role with the firm has evolved over the years. Joanne thrives off the variation in her day-to-day responsibilities. She is proud of the growth and progress the firm has made throughout the years and feels lucky to be a part of that journey alongside wonderful people and clients. A team player, Joanne is always willing to lend a helping hand with a friendly smile in tow.

As the Firm Administrator, Joanne is responsible for the daily administration of the firm, including payroll and benefits administration, new hire onboarding, and overseeing the administrative team. Joanne also assists with client work, providing support wherever needed, including bookkeeping and filing extensions. 

Joanne attended Bridgewater State University. She belongs to the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and the Society for Human Resource Management.
