Lorraine Maclaine’s responsibilities include preparing individual and corporate tax returns for clients in the real estate, construction and restaurant industries and for other closely held businesses. Her goal is to make the tax filing process less stressful as people better understand their tax position and planning opportunities. In fact, over time she hopes that clients look forward to tax discussions that help them avoid surprises at filing time.
With over 30 years of public accounting experience, Lorraine brings knowledge of changing tax law and what it means to her clients. As their primary contact, she helps them assess their current challenges while planning ahead to manage future issues. Her informative approach gives individuals the insight to feel confident about their personal goals as well as their business goals.
Lorraine has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the UNH Peter T. Paul School of Business and Economics. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the MA Society of CPAs.

Lorraine lives in North Easton with her husband and their four children.
