With a robust background spanning manufacturing, defense, and software industries, Michelle plays a key role in facilitating clear communication across the team, ensuring client questions are addressed promptly, and guiding team members through new processes. She also supports accurate financial reporting and assists with seamless client onboarding.

Michelle graduated cum laude from Bucknell University, where she received her bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in accounting.
Personal
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband Spencer, their two children, and a lively household that includes two dogs—Mando and Clementine—and three cats—Lucy, Leo, and Ahsoka. A passionate cook and baker, she’s often found experimenting with new recipes or cheering on her kids from the sidelines of a soccer field.

Is to continue to explore new cooking and baking recipes with local visits to farmer’s markets for provisions and Pennsylvania Dutch fare. I also look forward to creating more time to volunteer at local pet rescues and foster animals who need a loving home.
